All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Terms and Conditions:
- The product warranties are non-transferable and can only be exercised by the original customer who purchased the product.
- Transfer of products to third parties will void the manufacturer warranty.
- The warranty entitles customers to a repair or replacement for all goods that are found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.
- Customers must provide photo and/or video evidence, along with information about the issues with the item(s), for our suppliers to review.
- Based on the provided information and evidence, our suppliers will determine the appropriate solution, either repair or replacement.
What the Warranty Includes:
- Manufacturing Defects: Covers any issues or damage on the sofa resulting from poor workmanship by the manufacturer.
- Goods Not Fit for Purpose: Includes any manufacturing defects that make the goods unsuitable for their intended purpose, not of good quality, or not as described.
- Pre-Delivery Damage: Covers any damage that occurs before the product is delivered. Customers are required to inspect the product on delivery and report any issues while the delivery team is present.
What the Warranty Excludes:
- Customer-Inflicted Damage: Any damage caused by the customer on or after the delivery of the item is not covered.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from standard wear and tear of the item is not included.
- Misuse and Neglect: Damage resulting from misuse or failure to take proper care of the item is excluded.
- Washing Items: Damage caused by washing items is not covered. Please refer to our product care information for guidelines.
Product Care:
- Hand Wash Recommendation: We highly recommend that customers hand wash items to minimize the risk of damage in the washer.
- Washing Machines Disclaimer: Galaximart shall not assume liability for any incidental damages resulting from the use of washing machines.
- Product Handling: To maintain the integrity of sofas and beds, refrain from jumping on or stacking heavy objects on our products, as this may cause the frames to break.
