The table
The marble top is white marble laced with warm gold-toned veining that picks up the metal frame beautifully. It stands on two tall U-shaped arch supports set in from each end, each standing on a pair of stepped square plinth feet and linked low down by a single straight stretcher bar — no corner legs, so chairs slide straight in anywhere — all finished in mirror-polished gold stainless steel. A rectangular top is the easy choice for a dedicated dining room or a long open-plan space — it seats the most people for the floor area it takes up.
The chairs
The Victoria chair is a hand-made high-back with a slight wing profile: a smooth plush velvet seat and front, a deep diamond-buttoned back panel trimmed in polished nail-head studs and a bold hand-cast gold lion-head knocker centred on the rear. It is the piece that dresses the set — you get the full detail whether you are looking at it from the head of the table or across the room. Upholstered in a premium cream plush velvet — a warm, off-white shade that lifts the whole set and works with every marble in the gold-frame range, on straight tapered gold legs. Use coasters and placemats to protect the surface. Wipe spills promptly with a dry cloth. Polish periodically with a suitable wood oil and keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.
