Black Friday Price Guarantee
Buy when you're ready. If the price drops, we refund the difference.
Black Friday shouldn't mean waiting, guessing or regretting. For every order placed between Saturday 7 November and Monday 30 November 2026, GalaxiMart makes two promises:
1. Price Drop Promise
If we reduce our own price on the exact item you ordered at any point up to the end of Cyber Monday (Monday 30 November, 11:59pm), we'll refund you the difference. Order a dining set today and if it's cheaper on Black Friday, you get the Black Friday price.
2. Price Match Guarantee
If you find the identical product advertised for less by another UK retailer before Monday 14 December 2026, we'll match that price and refund you the difference, even if you've already taken delivery.
What counts
- The product must be identical: same model, size, colour, finish and specification, brand new and in stock for immediate purchase.
- The lower price must be from a genuine UK retailer's own website or store, include VAT, and be publicly visible so our team can verify it.
- We compare the total delivered price: the item price plus any delivery charge to your postcode, against the amount you actually paid us.
- One claim per product ordered. Claims must be made by Monday 14 December 2026.
What's excluded
- Marketplace, auction and third-party seller listings (for example eBay, Amazon Marketplace sellers, Facebook Marketplace).
- Clearance, liquidation, closing-down, ex-display, factory-second, refurbished or damaged items.
- Prices that need a voucher code, membership, cashback or finance deal to reach, pricing errors, and prices we cannot verify.
- Custom, made-to-order and bespoke items.
How to claim
Send us the following and we'll do the rest:
- Your GalaxiMart order number.
- For a Price Match: a link to the competitor's listing, or a photo of the in-store price ticket, showing the price and date.
- For a Price Drop: just the order number, we'll check it against our own price history.
Email team@galaximart.com or message us on WhatsApp. We verify every claim within 2 working days and refund the difference to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval. Where a refund includes a Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal Pay in 3 plan, the provider adjusts your remaining instalments.
The small print
- The guarantee applies to orders placed on galaximart.co.uk between 7 and 30 November 2026 and covers the price of the product only; delivery upgrades, assembly services and add-ons are not included.
- Where the sale discount was applied automatically at checkout, the refund is calculated on the price you actually paid after that discount.
- If you cancel or return the order, the guarantee no longer applies to it.
- This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and to our standard Price Match Promise, which continues year-round.
- GalaxiMart Ltd (Company No. 14977323) reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet these terms.
